Extended Stay America San Jose - Morgan Hill

I recently suffered a stroke and use a cane. The room has a roll in shower but he tile is old and looks dirty. The shower chair is slippery and I almost fell. The microwave, coffee pot didn't work sufficiently. The microwave buttons didn't work and the coffee spilled out of the pot when pouring it. I was expecting a 2 star room, but got a 3 star room. Little sparse on the ammenities, but I did not need them.

Hotel was great. Accidentally left car keys in room when departed. Manager was very slow in mailing them to me, after I agreed to have him charge my credit card to send them overnight. Disgusting and dirty. Room had not been vacuumed - debris visible on carpet. Hallway full of trash including toilet paper unrolled in elevator. Promised a non-smoking room. Desk clerk tried to claim that room that reeked of cigarette smoke and contained dirty hotel ashtrays was a non smoking room and that none others were available even though the parking lot was nearly empty. ...read more

Great price for weary traveler. Extras make it comfortable.

Very nice place and friendly. Has a kitchen in the room which is nice. The bed was way to hard. Thank goodness I was only there one night.

My stay was brief, but for my needs this place exceeded expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and had I needed the kitchenette it was stocked with pans, plates, cups, bowls, etc. Great stay for the price I paid! ...read more

No frills, but what do you expect for the price. Bathroom door did not close, room smelled fishy. Toilet ran all night! Glad only there for one night.
